The Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project (DNEP) was created to give local businesses year-round access to the resources of the University of Michigan, and to increase opportunities for student and faculty engagement with the remarkable entrepreneurs of Detroit. Free Accounting and Community TeachWorkers programs are easy entry point opportunities for businesses to get their books and backend technology in order, which lay the foundation for more productive and in-depth engagements with student teams via one of the DNEP classes and/ or summer studio.
